Who I am
I excel at leading teams through ambiguous zero-to-one design challenges by helping businesses identify the right opportunities and craft elegant user-obsessed solutions. I have a decade of design experience and have spent the last few years hiring, managing and developing high performing teams.
As a UX leader, I build effective design teams, develop talent, and relentlessly advocate for the user across the organization. I believe product development is a team sport. I include others in the human centered design process and make design artifacts engaging & approachable for everyone.
As a designer, I specialize in UX strategy and new product definition. I believe it takes both identifying the right problem, as well as the right solution to be successful.
